Has been baking for friends and family for over 10 years; In Febuary 2008, Mimi's friend Pearl was looking for homemade marshmallows and Mimi volunteered to make them. The marshmallows were a hit and soon after more request for marshmallows started pouring in. In 2009 Mimi opened Mia Mallows in San Antonio.

Is the official photographer for Mia Mallows and business partner. Her unique perspective in photographing the marshmallows suits Mia Mallows perfectly.
- Hope Gamez
Is our top Mallow maker. After learning how to make the marshmallows, she has taken over marshmallows duties. Hope loves experimenting with new flavors, its hard to keep from adding new flavors.
